Solar Water Pumping System
Solar water pumping system is a stand-alone system, operating on power generated by Solar PV
module. A Solar Photovoltaic (SPV) Water Pumping System consists of PV Array, Motor pump sets
and electronics. The power generated by solar panels is used for operating pump set for lifting
water from open well or water reservoir for minor irrigation and drinking water purpose. This
technology neither dependent on electricity nor on diesel, thus people at remote locations can
