A first-generation Techpreneur, Manjeet Singh has more than 16 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, specializing in Electrical and Solar products. As the Managing Director of Himalayan Solar, he leads the company’s overall operations with a hands-on approach across Supply Chain Management, Procurement, and Finance.
He previously held the position of Vice President at OMEN Industries, one of the leading manufacturers of Electrical, Home & Kitchen Appliances who pioneered in providing world-class Gas Water Heaters in the domestic market, and also led the way in manufacturing an illustrious product range dotted with all types of domestic fans, Gas Water Heaters, Electric Water Heaters, Cooler Kit, Small Pumps along with a host of kitchen and heating appliances. In his previous company, he played a key role in establishing manufacturing Units across Bawana (Delhi), Parwanoo (H.P) and later in Kundli (Haryana) and Guwahati (Assam), complemented with latest technology, automation and sophisticated R&D facilities. With a strong foundation in technology-led manufacturing, operational efficiency, and strategic expansion, Manjeet continues to drive Himalayan Solar toward innovation, scalability, and sustainable growth.
With a technical & administration background in Indian Naval Forces, Mehtab Singh adds an immense value to the management of Himalayan Solar as a Whole Time Director and currently responsible for managing the Operations and Sales Department including Manufacturing process & EPC implementation of Solar Projects across different geographies of India and Customer Service Department.
He previously served as Electrical Officer in Indian Naval Forces for 14 years with responsibilities to operate and maintain the Marine Electrical equipment onboard ships/submarines/aircrafts. Prior to that he served as an Electro-Technical Officer on the merchant/naval ships for 10 years with responsibilities to monitor all electronic equipment and machines to maintain as well as enhance the efficiency of the vessel, ensuring the operational safety of the ship.
Mr. Singh's extensive experience in marine engineering, electrical systems, and operations management, coupled with his leadership in high-stakes technical environments, adds substantial value to the strategic and operational depth of our Company.
As a young and dynamic professional, Mr. Himanshu Dalal adds a fresh perspective to the Strategic Management Department of Himalayan Solar contributing to long-term planning and organizational development.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Delhi University and has completed a two-year Post Graduate Diploma in Finance Management from FORE School of Management, New Delhi. Prior to joining our Company, he worked as a Business Operations Manager at Mannat Leisure Private Limited, a reputed restaurant franchise, where he was responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple branches over a span of three years.

A certified Professional in Executive Program in Business Finance from IIM Ahmedabad, Sakshi Sharma, after completing her Master’s Degree in Commerce, joined Himalayan Solar in August 2016. She possesses expertise in fund optimization, budgetary control, and financial planning. She is known for her process-oriented approach, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail, which have significantly contributed to the implementation and monitoring of multiple concurrent projects within the Company.
She has also been instrumental in developing risk mitigation frameworks and project tracking tools, ensuring better visibility, control, and accountability.
She is responsible for developing & implementing financial strategies, identifying & mitigating Financial Risks and Operational Risks, planning Supply Chain flow of all components of multiple projects for efficient execution of the Projects and driving efficiency in resource allocation and cost management. Her contributions have been pivotal in aligning the Company’s financial operations with its strategic growth objectives.
Ms. Silfi, GM - Operations and Sales, a Graduate in Commerce, a Masters of Business Administration in Marketing and currently pursuing Post Graduate in Strategic Management from IIM Kozhikode, has been a part of Himalayan Solar for the last 8.5 years. She is responsible for developing comprehensive sales & marketing strategies aligned with company objectives, developing & executing marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media); leading the Operations Department, overseeing communication and coordination with dealers, distributors, subcontractors, and government officials; designing and maintaining project plans, documentation systems; and enhancing manufacturing productivity, quality standards, and operational efficiency by implementing best practices and process improvements. She is also responsible for creating & implementing customer service strategies to improve customer experience.
Her structured and strategic approach has significantly contributed to the scalability and efficiency of both the operations and sales functions within the Company.
Ms. Shivangni Kapil, AGM – Strategic Management, is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce. With a solid foundation in corporate laws and capital markets, she brings over two years of hands-on experience in the domain of Merchant banking Sector. She has actively contributed to the successful structuring and execution of multiple Initial Public Offerings, managing end-to-end coordination with stakeholders, regulatory authorities, and clients to ensure seamless compliance and timely execution. With her experience in corporate structuring, board governance, and strategic project execution, she plays an instrumental role in coordinating cross-functional strategic initiatives, conducting business analysis, performance monitoring, ensuring legal compliance and supporting the company’s growth roadmap, including investor-readiness and transformation projects.
