Manjeet Singh

(Managing Director)

A first-generation Techpreneur, Manjeet Singh has more than 16 years of experience in handling the business of manufacturing Electrical & Solar products. As a Managing Director of Himalayan Solar, he is actively involved in managing the overall operations of the company including the Supply Chain Management, Procurement & Finance Department of the Company. Previously he has 9 years of Management & Operations experience as Vice President in OMEN, one of the leading manufacturers of Electrical, Home & Kitchen Appliances who pioneered in providing world-class Gas Water Heaters in the domestic market, and also led the way in manufacturing an illustrious product range dotted with all types of domestic fans, Gas Water Heaters, Electric Water Heaters, Cooler Kit, Small Pumps along with a host of kitchen and heating appliances. In his previous company, he played a key role in establishing manufacturing Units across Bawana (Delhi), Parwanoo (H.P) and later in Kundli (Haryana) and Guwahati (Assam), complemented with latest technology, automation and sophisticated R&D facilities. Mehtab Singh

(Whole Time Director)

With a technical & administration background in Indian Naval Forces, Mehtab Singh adds an immense value to the Commented [D1]: This para is newly added management of Himalayan Solar as a Whole Time Director and currently responsible for managing the Operations Department including Manufacturing process & EPC implementation of Solar Projects across different geographies of India and Customer Service Department. He previously served as Electrical Officer in Indian Naval Forces for 14 years with responsibilities to operate and maintain the Marine Electrical equipment onboard ships/submarines/aircrafts. Prior to that he served as an Electro-Technical Officer on the merchant/naval ships for 10 years with responsibilities to monitor all electronic equipment and machines to maintain as well as enhance the efficiency of the vessel, ensuring the operational safety of the ship.

Sakshi Sharma

(Chief Financial Officer)

A certified Professional in Executive Program in Business Finance from IIM Ahmedabad, Sakshi Sharma, after completing her Master’s Degree in Commerce, joined Himalayan Solar in August 2016. With her special skills of solving complex problems, foresightful risk mitigation strategies, processoriented approach, intelligent financial decisions based on acute demand & budget calculations and a special knack for minute details, she has constantly excelled in optimization of funds allocation & operational costs of the company to implement multiple concurrent projects. She also played a main role in designing the framework & tools for accurate tracking & monitoring of complex projects in the company She is responsible for developing & implementing financial strategies, identifying & mitigating Financial Risks and Operational Risks and planning Supply Chain flow of all components of multiple projects for efficient execution of the Projects.

Silfi Kaur

(AGM- Sales)

A Graduate in Commerce (currently pursuing Post Graduate in Strategic Management from IIM Kozhikode) and Masters of Business Administration in Marketing, Silfi Sudan, has been a part of Himalayan Solar for the last 7.5 years. She is responsible for developing comprehensive sales & marketing strategies aligned with company objectives, developing & executing marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media), developing & maintaining project plans, timelines & records of all documents related to each project & tracking the Key Performance Indicators. She also manages the Tenders Department of the company which is responsible for evaluating and submitting bids for various government tenders

Amit Saini

(Operations Head)

Amit Saini is currently managing the vast & complex Operations Department of the company, streamlining all the constituent day to day activities & effective communication with all the dealers, distributors, sub-contractors and government officials. He is responsible for developing the strategies to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of the Manufacturing Department and setting key performance indicators (KPIs) and tracking the progress of field projects to identify areas for improvement. He is also responsible for creating & implementing customer service strategies to improve customer experience and achieve company goals by setting key performance indicators (KPIs) & tracking customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement. Before joining Himalayan Solar, he worked as a Cluster-In-Charge of Delhi region for American Tower Corporation for 11 years. He also served as Electrical Head of North & Central Delhi for Idea Cellular Limited for 5 years & received Certificate of Excellence award for being instrument in various OPEX initiatives.

CS Shivangni Kapil

(Associate Company Secretary)

She is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce. With a solid foundation in corporate laws and capital markets, she brings over two years of hands-on experience in the domain of Merchant banking Sector.

She has actively contributed to the successful structuring and execution of multiple SME Initial Public Offerings (SME-IPOs), where her role encompassed end-to-end coordination with stakeholders, regulatory authorities, and clients to ensure seamless compliance and timely execution.

Presently, she is overseeing the compliance and secretarial work in Himalayan Solar Limited.
